Our Team
Frank
Frank Page, owner of FEP for the past 37 years, has been the visionary for the company. Over these 37 years the Frank E. Page team has gone from a full service interior and exterior custom painting company to a complete remodeling, decorating and painting organization. FEP makes people’s dreams come to fruition, whether it ‘s with a complete kitchen, bathroom or other remodeling project, decorating someone’s home with new window treatments, lighting, flooring, reupholstering, bedding and trim carpentry or creating an ambience with color by repainting, wallpapering or faux finish. He is also responsible for estimating, overseeing daily operations, visiting job sites to ensure customer satisfaction, and the scheduling of projects. He meets weekly with Andrew Amrhein from The Summit Consulting Group and the FEP administration department. He is also active with the members of the company’s marketing team in helping to review the introduction of new marketing materials and layouts. Frank’s plate is always full but FEP is his passion along with his outstanding team. He is determined to provide his customers with the best experience and service and build lasting relationships with them.
Frank resides with his wife, Stephanie and daughter Bre. When he is not involved with business responsibilities, his greatest enjoyment is spending time with Steph and Bre. He also enjoys taking a motorcycle ride through the Finger Lakes, snowmobiling, visiting the Adirondacks and the beaches of Naples Florida. As a family they attend Browncroft Community Church. One of their greatest blessings is the friendships that have developed through this business with their customer’s.
Stephanie
Stephanie Page is co-owner of Frank E. Page and for the past 4 years has held the position of office manager. She also works closely with the marketing team helping to manage and develop new ideas for the business, participates in the weekly door to door campaigns, and any community events. Stephanie states, “We have an incredible team to work with, they are very talented and knowledgeable in their fields, I learn something new every day”. Of course, her favorite part is working alongside her husband, Frank. “I have a great respect for all that he does, his diligence and devotion are a true reflection of who he really is” notes Stephanie.
Family is of utmost importance to both Stephanie and Frank. The Lord is the foundation to which their family and their business has been built upon. He has blessed them with an incredible daughter. Her name is Bre and she is 22 years old. “She is pure joy and lights up any room she walks into. We spend every moment we can with her” says Stephanie. Some of Stephanie’s other enjoyments are caring for her horse of 30 years, gardening, and taking occasional days off to care for the “little ones” in their lives (children of their closest friends).
Bre
Breann has enjoyed the privilege of working alongside both her mother and father, learning the ropes of the industry, the responsibility it takes to own and run a company, and the importance of customer service. Her parents have instilled their personal family values into the company’s mission: values which include trust, loyalty, honesty, and upholding the highest integrity. As well as living the Frank E. Page vision, she has been trained more specifically in the administrative aspect of the business such as the company's marketing efforts. Bre has helped design direct mail pieces, participated in door to door campaigns, community wide events, website design and, creation of monthly promotions, etc. She notes, “when it comes to the actual painting, my training started from the second I could hold a paint brush!” Breann is currently a student at Nazareth College studying under their Communications and Rhetoric degree program. She will graduate in December of 2012.
While not attending school or working with the Frank E. Page team, she can be found hostessing at The Cheesecake Factory or enjoying shopping, cooking and spending quality time with family and friends.

His family consists of two children and he enjoys staying busy with their activities. Outside of work if you don't catch him coaching his son's pitch team, or attending one of his daughter's softball or basketball games then you will probably find him working in the yard of his newly purchased home.

Ron
The finished product that Ron puts out is a reflection of his attention to detail in every aspect of the painting industry. Eighteen years ago he began his painting career and we can easily say that today, on the Frank E. Page team Ron is our “meticulous craftsman”. As Ron puts it “well, I am fussy.” Whether it is in the preparation for painting or just making sure the job is laid out correctly, Ron is attentive to it all.
Ron lives with his wife Marilyn and their 12 year old daughter. He enjoys the fall season best and picking apples with his family.
